3 Night break at Bath staying at the Glorious Eagle House Hotel.
Stay in a splendid Georgian Mansion on the outskirts of Bath and enjoy the splendour of historic surroundings. A real treat, this tour includes 3 nights’ bed and continental breakfast at Eagle House.
Cost £420 per person.
Day 1
Pick up from airport or rail station.
From our base we can explore the city of Bath itself and the Roman Baths, Georgian architecture, Pump Rooms, Abbey, Costume museum (Entrance fees not included).
We can spend the day visiting all the attractions of this honey-stoned city.
In the evening we can either eat in the coaching Inn that is within walking distance of Eagle house or drive into Bath to dine in one of the many restaurants.
Day 2
We visit Avebury stone circle West Kennet burial chamber then on to Stonehenge where there will be plenty of time to explore the monument itself as well as the surrounding features
On to Salisbury and the amazing Cathedral before heading back to Eagle House.
Day 3
We visit Wells, a lovely small Cathedral city set in the Mendip hills. We then visit Glastonbury where you can visit the Abbey, the Chalice Well or just immerse yourself in the extraordinary shops and cafes.
On the way back to Bath we will visit Stanton Drew Stone Circles. We spend the night again at
Eagle House
.
Day 4
Before we drive you to the departure point you may want to pop back into Bath for an hour or so to shop or catch sites you didn’t have time to visit on day one.
